How booking works

Booking questions

What is a booking request?

Booking requests are not direct bookings. Send us the dates you would like to stay and we reply confirming availability and the payment method.

When is my booking confirmed?

Once the 30% deposit of the full price has been paid and you have received our confirmation e-mail. The remaining 70% is due at least 30 days before you arrive.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking. The 30% deposit is not refundable. The remaining 70% is refunded only if you cancel at least 20 days before your arrival.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, or by credit card if your bank’s limits allow the amount.
